Only the switch on my Elite LP is problematic, so besides that, I'm not sure if $80-90 for electronics upgrades is worth the money. Not only will I have to pay $80-90 on a electronics kit, I might have to pay extra to have a luthier drill bigger holes, etc.Īlso, the only difference that the elitist line has opposed to the RS or MOJO kits are supposedly lower quality pots, jacks and switches and ceramic tone caps. One thing keeping me away is the fact that the the Elitist line is Japanese which probably means the drilled holes are measured metrically. I've been thinking about an RS kit or MOJO kit myself.
